Littleton Art Walk 7-7, 8-12 and 9-9 Downtown Littleton
SunStock (called who the hell are you fest as it is for local "unknowns" such as the stage tramp Wendy Woo wtf?) 7-15 Clement Park (Columbine High School is next door)
seeking more live opportunities.
I expect we will be at SCI-doggie. As will our dear mentor, Scramble, who will be displaying in the visitor center.

also 7-30 is our rededication ceremony after 10 years of marriage. We will be celebrating with KanNal at the Boulder

Hey there! Thanks for starting this group. I was really excited when Shawn told me about it. I met Paul in 2000 when I picked him up at the Portland airport and brought him up to the Kimock show in Mt. Hood. What a crazy weekend that one was!!

Nice to be here and I'm looking forward to discussions from this tribe of beautiful people.

Scramble painting on a tie dye at Hornings Hideout North Plains Oregon aug 04 during STS9 set....what fun!
Kan'Nal will be here in p town tomorrow!!! I wish I could make it to the ashland show tonight =(
But, I will see them tomorrow and the next night.

scramble t shirts

I just remebered I bought a nice scramble shirt at alpine valley,wi Furthur 97 I think...I am going to have to dig that out and take a few pics of it for the group, the front is a VW bus with all his little people moving around it and the back it a bunch of his people up close then when you stand back its Jerry Garcia smiling! I was with a girl eating in the lot while the black crowes were playing and this guy on a bike rides up and shows us the shirts and nydia bought one and when I tried to buy one he said"oh! Thats the last one!".
My heart sank then he started laughiing after seeing my obvious dissapointment and said "I was just joking!" amd handed me my shirt and suggested that we get some frabric markers and color the jerry picture how we like to personalize the shirts....I never did, and when I find it I will post it. thats my story and I typed way more than I wanted to!

first off I would like to say thanks for the invite!
I am Mateo, I do batik clothing and tapestries, I recently quit my full time job to do batik, I am half of Mountain Air Batik in Portland Oregon.
I love to watch live music painting....the first time I saw it was at a furthur show at Alpine ValleyWi( it was Scramble painting)
I found myself watching him more than the band that was playing.
I saw him last year while vending at the Cheese festival in Oregon, I took a few pictures while he painted during therSector set
when I find them I will post them if I may.
I also relly enjoyed watching Kris D paint during a few sector shows...also Roman V,and J Garcia....anyhow, I am going on and on...

Welcome- and Scramble Campbell

Thanks for joining. We have four members, which puts us in the directory!

On the art front, at the Gothic Kimock show, Paul and Keith 'Scramble' Campbell collaborated on an amazing round canvas created by Paul.
By the end of the night a three headed Kimock (hydra or divinity is in the eye of the beholder) wailing on the Explorer guitar was in the center with the surroundings representing, and capturing the energy of the show.
This was Paul's fist time to collaborate live.
Photos will be posted as I get all the technological boxes to talk to each other.
(Tzol, I believe your band is ready for this house and they have a pyrotechnics license, so fire poi shouldn't be a problem.)
Now to figure out how to market these energy postcards!!
